You are in the very heart of Krakow Old Town

 

The Wawel Castle, Main Market Square and the Planty Park are the main symbols of Krakow and make up our closest surroundings. Krakow, with its long and rich history can also boast of its great culinary tradition. We identify with it and draw inspiration from it .

In our pots we mix old recipes passed down from generation to generation, with new knowledge and experience that we gain every day. We like to experiment and enjoy making the best of new opportunities. To this we add hard work, passion and commitment. This is how our dishes and the character of Biala Roza Restaurant are created.  All of our work we dedicate to the people of Krakow, who love their city’s aura, as well as tourists who wish to touch and taste the unique atmosphere of the city.

In our selection of products we consistently focus on seasonality, finding produce from cultivation in our close vicinity, breeding ethics and above all, high quality.

He gained his knowledge of the culinary art from the most famous and valued Polish chefs: Adam Chrząstowski, Andrzej Polan, Robert Sowa.

He looks for new flavours, but loves to seek inspiration in old recipes. His style combines the traditional with the modern. Łukasz always puts the quality of ingredients first – a habit he cultivated at home, a family farm near Krakow, where he first came across culinary traditions of the Małopolska region and high-quality products from his family's own cultivation and breeding. His personality can be described as a remarkable combination of passion and love for cooking as well as knowledge, experience and modesty in one person.

 

His latest achievement is a bronze medal in the national selection of Bocuse d'Or Poland 2021. In 2012, he won first place in the 10th L'art de la cusine Martell National Competition for Young Talents of Culinary Arts, as well as a nomination for the Polish Culinary Cup. Łukasz leads a great team of experienced and talented chefs, most of whom have been working at Biała Róża Restaurant since its very beginning.
